g. Interfaces with existing and planned hotels
h. A connection to the beach and Tel-Aviv's promenade
Strengthening local and cultural values
1. Use of existing qualities and resources.
2. Additional contemplative qualities.

a. Existing qualities of the sea, the beach, the promenade, the marina, the Kurkar cliff, the Moslem cemetery and Hilton's

b. The people - visitors, neighbors, gays, workers on a break and more
